If you are looking for a secluded vacation rental, this is the place for you! Bring your own boat or hire one of our local charters and enjoy a summer vacation on the water! After a beautiful day on the water, you will have a secluded place to unwind and enjoy your time with family and friends. This cozy beach cottage is newly built in 2020. The upper deck is the main living area with a covered wrap around porch. The downstairs area is fully screened in, and has a full bathroom complete with a keg urinal, toilet, shower and vanity, washer & dryer plus a refreshing outdoor shower. Enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets from the upper level back porch or a short walk to Adams beach. It is just 1/4 mile away from an airboat/ kayak ramp and only 3 miles away from a public boat ramp and Keaton Beach. It is located on a secluded dead end road with no nearby neighbors! The Keaton Beach area is known to be one of the best places on the beautiful Gulf coast for scalloping, red fish, trout and red snapper fishing. If you’re an outdoor enthusiast, this area is a hidden gem that does not disappoint! It is a low key area with all locally owned stores and restaurants. We provide all household essentials, bed linens, and towels. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cook top, and a tabletop air fryer for baking, etc. Please note there is no microwave! There is a refrigerator, gas range, and gas grill downstairs. Propane is provided. So pack your bags and come enjoy a relaxing visit to the beautiful Gulf coast of Florida!

Such a cute cottage to stay in! Very clean and had everything you could think of in case you forgot something! The downstairs kitchen and bath was awesome! Would definitely stay there again!
