MARGARITAVILLE ON THE SUWANNEE RIVER

The location was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and exceeded all expectations. The quaint property was immaculate, homey, and comfortable, with a full size kitchen that was fully stocked, as were all the bedrooms and updated bathrooms. Royal Springs was beautiful and minutes away, and we were never at a loss of things to do. Having the Suwanee in your backyard was the bow on a perfectly wrapped package. Communication with the hosts was easy with a friendly and quick response to any questions. My 9 year old granddaughter rated it a 100% with a smile that never left her face! It was home away from home, and we definitely plan to be back.

Beautiful and HUGE yard in probably one of the best locations in the area. Right on the wonderful Suwannee River. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the porch and the deck going out to the River. The home is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy a fun and relaxing weekend. Plenty of games, kayaks, and wood for the amazing firepit. Lots of beds for a large family too. The host was out of the country but still very responsive when we needed to ask a question. We will definitely consider booking again in the future, as you really can't beat the location for this area. 😀

The only thing I personally didn't like was how dark the inside of the home is. It's very brown with a log cabin and camouflage theme. But that's just my personal opinion. The theme goes with being out in the woods and such and is very unique, but it would have been so much more lovely if it was brightened up to match the cheerful "margaritaville" name.

This place was amazing, peaceful and relaxing.It had everything we needed for our stay. We kayaked to the springs near by. Perfect for our fur babys, they loved running around and adventuring around the property.

It needed more lighting out side.

The location is beautiful, right on the river and just down the road from Royal Springs. The springs were amazing and the property is so close and convenient. The porches are amazingly large as well as the downstairs game area and perfect for our trip as we like to play board games, complete puzzles or go fishing. Kitchen was great, love everything they had for us to use and beautiful cabinets. They had 3 refrigerators so we were great w/cold items. They have 3 bathrooms and that is great as well for larger families. We did not use the kayaks but it is amazing that they offer them to use. The first floor is the game area and they had floating tubes to use in the springs, ping pong, corn hole, Jenga, etc. Plenty to do outside! We go once a year to the springs.

We don't feel it slept 11 comfortably but it does sleep 11. Bedroom 3 and bedroom 4 don't have a door separating them (I thought it was 4 separate bedrooms), just an open room which would be perfect for younger adults, just not for 4 adults because one side of the room had two twins beds and the other side had one twin trundle bed so you had to pull out the trundle bed to use the 2nd twin bed. I might have missed that on the description as I thought it was two separate twins and did not want to sleep on a trundle close to the floor. Bedroom #1 king bed was perfect! Bedroom #2 is a bunk bed and a twin mattress, not a twin bed. Might have read that wrong as well because I was under impression there was a bunk bed and twin bed (not just a twin mattress to place on the floor). I would book again when we have less adults.
