Peaceful, nice, lovely house we really enjoyed our stay it was definitely a great choice over a hotel very private we didn’t have any issues with any neighbors like the other reviews were talking about. The whole neighborhood was very nice and peaceful.

Very spacious and clean.
We enjoyed our stay the only thing that was there or we didn’t see is how things were to be left at checkout such as the dirty bathroom towels and bedding. We tried to do what we thought would be best.

Was spacious for a large group big family rooms with a lot of bed rooms
Some of the sheets where stained (blood) and the neighbors seems to be Karen’s

Perfect location, just a few minutes drive from the Florida Capitol and restaurants/shopping. It felt like a safe neighborhood. It's an older home but was clean and had plenty of room for a group of 8.
Noticeable smell upon entering the home, but the host was responsive and helped with the AC to remediate it. Could use an ozone machine to completely remove the smell. Blackout shades on the front window would be helpful, as there is a streetlight right in front of the driveway.
