Perfect location, just a few minutes drive from the Florida Capitol and restaurants/shopping. It felt like a safe neighborhood. It's an older home but was clean and had plenty of room for a group of 8.
Noticeable smell upon entering the home, but the host was responsive and helped with the AC to remediate it. Could use an ozone machine to completely remove the smell. Blackout shades on the front window would be helpful, as there is a streetlight right in front of the driveway.
