Decent location, further from the beach than expected. Fairly clean, but had a fowl odor. Lots of little things in need of repair. Not worth 600 a night.

It has my family of 13 just fine! The bay in the back was nice.

The layout of the house was great however it needed updates! Appliances were fine but outside patio Furniture was dirty and outdated. The yard was not maintained. Vacasa was great at booking us a new place to stay after our original house was taken off the market however we had a light completely go out in one of the bathrooms and it never got fixed after we tried to get it serviced. The house was in a beautiful location and overall a place to gather however it could use updates and cleaning!
