About this house rental
This 3 bedroom 1 bath home is in a quiet neighborhood. It is conveniently located near Augusta National, Daniel Field, restaurants and shopping. All bedrooms have queen beds.
We have a fully stocked kitchen. We have stainless steel full sized appliances. All of the linens are included.
You can start your morning or end a long day on the relaxing screened in back porch. We are also right next door to one of the homes of Augusta’s own, Godfather of soul, James Brown.
We have a very strict NO SMOKING inside or outside of the home and no large gathering policies.

The house was clean and the perfect stay for our trip to The Masters Tournament. It's location couldn't have been better as well.

The house wasn’t anything special, but it definitely served its purpose. Host was great on communication, and left snacks and drinks for us. We stayed here for the Masters and it was only a short drive to Augusta. It was a great alternative to staying in a motel. Would stay here again.

This property is an absolute great location to the south entrance to Augusta. Highly recommend if you have a small party traveling to the Masters

Needs to have more trash bags, toilet tissue, dish soap for guests. Also, it does need a “designated” smoking area for guest. Overall, our stay was good and neighborhood is quiet.
