With spacious rooms, a full kitchen, and bonus amenities like tennis and pickleball racquets, and a fenced backyard, this home provides a perfect blend of comfort & convenience. Whether you're in town for a family reunion, wedding, business or a tranquil escape, our house is your ideal home away from home.

Bedroom 1: Master suite with queen bed, dresser, closet, TV w/ Roku, 2 arm chairs, ensuite bathroom with tub
Bedroom 2: Full bed, floor lamp, closet, desk, chair
Living room: Sofa folds out into a comfortable queen sleeper - great for extra guests or families, 2 arm chairs, coffee table, TV w/ Roku, fireplace
Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances and fully stocked with electric stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, Keurig
Dining area: Seats 6
Laundry: Full size washer and dryer
Extras: Tennis rackets, two sets of golf clubs, and Pickleball paddles with balls, board games, gumball machine!
Outside:
Fully fenced back yard
Free parking in the driveway for up to 2 vehicles
Quiet neighborhood
Guests have exclusive access to the home, ensuring a private and comfortable stay.
Pets will be considered upon request. Please provide details about your pet prior to booking. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. Pets are only authorized when approved in writing. A non-refundable fee will be charged per pet. Pets are not permitted on the furniture. Guests must clean up any excessive hair from the house and all pet waste from the yard. Any damages/extra cleaning required due to pets will result in an extra charge to guests.
For stays greater than 31 days, a monthly mid-stay cleaning will be provided at no additional cost and will be scheduled at the guests' convenience. During this time the house must be vacant to allow our cleaners to work efficiently. This is a requirement for all extended reservations to ensure a clean and maintained property for all guests.
