Inside the cabin is an open concept living room and kitchen great room with a gas fireplace and large windows to enjoy the trees and lake. On the main level is a bedroom with a queen bed and an adjoining bathroom. The sleeping loft includes a second queen bed and a full bed. There is AC for the summer and in-floor heat and a gas fireplace for winter. The cabin has Wi-Fi and Netflix. Outside the cabin is a deck with seating, a patio table, and a gas grill. The cabin sits on the crest of the hill looking down at the lake and trees. A 300' walking trail through the woods and a 150' trail down the hill takes you to your private lakeshore and dock. It's about a three minute walk from the cabin to the dock.
There is parking space for two cars with overflow parking available if bringing a boat, ATV or snowmobiles. Ask about local pontoon rentals starting at $800 for three days and discounted rates for additional days.
Explore local trails for walking/hiking, ATV, snowmobile, and biking. Enjoy local restaurants, shops, a brewery, or play golf and pickleball, all within a few miles of the cabin. A short drive away is Jay Cook and Banning state parks, and Duluth is just 40 minutes away.
$75 pet fee for ONE small/medium sized dog that does NOT shed. Add a pet when completing the number of guests. Sorry, no other pets are allowed. 3 night minimum during the summer and 2 night minimum the rest of the year. Max occupancy is 4 guests.
