In the summer, hike or mountain bike miles of trails on and around the mountain. Or, find adventure zip-lining through the treetops at Breckenridge Fun Park (2 miles).
Things to Know
This unit is located on the upper second (2nd) floor - 24 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by us and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality. Rules, regulations and availability are outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding as availability may shift without notice.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Came up to Breck for a few days/nights with my brother. Location was great for the Snowflake lift and for walking into town. Condo was very spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

A little room for improvement
You have to go collect the key somewhere else / not close to the property
Let’s just put it on perspective you new I. Town flying from somewhere and having to go here there to get a key
That could be gone with a lockbox at the spot saving traveler from the inconvenience
Leaving that a side the property is comfortable and cozy
The kitchen is well equipped
The chimney is the central point
The bus is close by so for ❄️ days you don’t have to drive to get to sky
