Park Place Blanca Peak Condo is a nicely updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condo in one of the most popular complexes in Breckenridge. Its prime location is one reason it’s in such high demand; it’s just across the street from downtown and the bottom of the Four O’ Clock ski run. You can walk to the ski lifts as well as the free ski shuttle, providing easy access to any of Breckenridge’s base areas.
The living area is cozy with a flat-screen TV, gas fireplace and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen has been remodeled with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, and it’s fully stocked with all the gear you need to whip up a memorable meal. There’s plenty of seating in the attached dining area with room for six at the dinning room table and an additional 4 seats at the kitchen counter.
Just off the living area is the deck where you can enjoy the views from the comfortable patio seating. The Park Place condos have two shared hot tubs with an outdoor gas firepit. You also have seasonal access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub. The condo has complimentary Wi-Fi throughout, and there’s even a private washer and dryer! As with all SMR properties, this property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and the condo is fully stocked with clean linens, plenty of fresh towels, and basic toiletries. Overall comfortable property. Furniture and bathrooms are tired. Kitchen was well stocked. 3rd floor with no elevator was tough since we had lots of gear/suitcases. Fireplace was very nice.

As owners of vacation rentals we found this property under furnished and not clean. We had to wash dishes before use. We had to ask property managers for soap and detergent. They left no kitchen cleaning supplies. There were no pot holders. As for the bedrooms the beds were comfortable and we had plenty of blankets. In one room the TV would not work and maintenance had to come the next day to fix the issue. One of the bathroom sinks was plugged and had to be fixed ( not what you expect on check in). The shower in the master needs a place to put your shower stuff instead of on the floor. Overall with just a small improvement in attenuation to details this could be a 5 star property.
