About this house rental
Private year-round escape perfect for girls weekends, multi-family gatherings, corporate retreats and so much more memory making. Within walking distance of Lake Macatawa/small launch for kayaks, SUPs, etc. Only 2.4 miles to the Holland State Park, 1 mile from Anchorage Marina, 4.5 miles to Holland's quaint downtown boutiques, restaurants, civic center and farmers markets. All this can be accessed on bikes or easily by car. Space was completely updated in 2021. So much room to spread out, with five generous bedrooms, three living areas - huge basement, living room and den with wood burning fireplace, plus a screened in patio! There is also a lovely backyard patio with pavers and a dining set. The outdoor space also features a massive grill and firepit. Bring a good book, some hammocks and we provide all the setting for summer relaxing. Or come in the winter and watch the snow fall on the mature trees in the yard, put some wood on the fire and cozy up on our down filled couch in the den. No matter what season, this house will be the loveliest space for your beach vacation, holiday or work/school from home.

The house was very nice, very clean. Host was able to answer any questions we had. We had 9 people stay for a family wedding and was very nice. Saw deer walk through the back yard. Would recommend for large groups.

This was a perfwct house for a large family. We were all comfortable and had plenty of room to spread out. Everyting we needed was avaialable- even things we didnt know we needed. Beth was a great host, kept us notified of check in availability, amd offered to fix anything we weren't happy with. Which was nothing. Comfortable, beautiful, and a perfect spot to visit both the beach and downtown Holland. The basement was perfect for the kids, and was well stocked with toys and games.

This was a great house for the 13 of us (and dogs). There is plenty of room to spread out, with plenty of bath towels and dishes. The basement was great for the teenagers! We wish our stay could have been longer. A big shout out to Beth, the host!
