GORGEOUS Sunnyside Life is ready for you to check-in and start creating memories. This spacious 4-bedroom home features vibrant colors throughout with plush furnishings, cozy linens, and a large private backyard with swimming pool. You and your guests will love spending just as much time inside as you will outside! The pool table room and board games will entertain guests of any age, and the spacious backyard has a Smart TV, sparkling pool (heat $), propane fire pit, BBQ, and corn hole!
With 3,000 square feet to spread you vacation wings everyone in your group can enjoy together-time and then retreat to their private space when the day winds down. The family room has a large sectional sofa and stylish chairs to bring everyone in for catching up and planning the rest of your trip. The kitchen is fully stocked to make your meals at home! There is seating for 6 at the dining table in the kitchen, or maybe you prefer the dining room with French door that open to the backyard. You can post up at the outdoor dining table next to the grill and be the first one to be served up a burger.
The master bedroom is a space all its own with a king bed workspace. Split from the other 3 bedrooms, it has a sofa and 64" Smart TV for lounging around and getting some alone time. There is plenty of space for unpacking with the dresser and 2 master closets. The ensuite bathroom has an elegant soaking tub and standup shower. The dual sinks and vanity space is enough to get ready for your day without bumping shoulders.

The shared guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo, and there's a half bath in the hallway for added convenience. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers are provided in full baths.
Sunnyside has a lush backyard with plenty of greenery and space for enjoying the beautiful Arizona weather. Jump in the pool (Can be heated for an additional $70/Night), relax on one of the couches in front of the outdoor TV, or take a seat at the dining table for games or grabbing some grub. This home is located along the Phoenix Sonoran Bikeway with miles of paved trail for the cyclist in your group. It's a great trail for your morning jog, or an evening walk. Please request pool heat 24-48 hrs prior to arrival.
Golf courses of all skill levels are minutes away including the TPC Golf Course that hosts the Waste Management Open. Check out events at West World, shop and eat at the Kierland Commons, or get your hike on at one of the many trails surrounding the area. Day trips up to Sedona, Jerome, or Flagstaff are only a few hours North of Scottsdale, and have unique experiences to add to your stay.

Pool was awesome, beds were pretty comfy. It took us a minute to figure out the stove but it worked good once we got it. Temperature inside was fine. 5 adult females. We felt totally safe there. The lights and light switches were a little weird but nothing that couldn’t be figured out or worked around. Overall, super clean, spacious and nice. Would definitely stay again.

Staying here was an absolute pleasure. The house was lovely and central to everything we wanted to do in Scottsdale. Would book again in a second!

Overall, we were pleased. However, there were some issues that should be addressed. The main issue is that the master bedroom and bathroom were extremely warm versus the bedrooms on the other side of the house. In order to sleep comfortably, the door needed to stay open, and the curtains needed to be closed all day so we couldn’t enjoy the view. The pool could have used a cleaning before we got there. There was a lot of debris on the bottom and I would recommend that you put some type of a handrail to get into the pool. For older adults it was a little difficult to navigate the steps. Also, it would’ve been nice to have four dining chairs outside. Two were broken and the Furniture outside is a little tired looking. None of us were used to using an induction stove so it would be helpful if there were some type of instructions, but we did manage. It was a great location in order to do all the traveling that we did. We found it centrally relocated, and the home itself is beautifully manicured and landscaped. The pool was heated to 85 each day which was ok. Would have been nice to have it a little warmer but we managed . The check in process was seamless and your team was very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you

The house was great for a couple days in Scottsdale with the family.
The only issue, was a big issue for us.
We weren't able to change the A/C temperature because the thermostats were managed online by the host.
That is a big issue for any city, but with the heat in Scottsdale, we needed to lower it and it was not possible.
I'm not staying in that house again.
