Up to two house-trained, tame, non/low-shedding dogs may be considered with prior owner approval. Dogs must be 40 pounds or less each. A pet fee applies and covers additional allergen treatment. Depending on breed, an additional damage-protection policy and refundable damage deposit may be required. There is no pet door here.
LONGER STAYS
For extended reservations, guests agree to scheduled professional cleanings at least every three weeks; some pet stays may require biweekly service. Cleaning starts at $185 per visit, paid directly to cleaner.

* No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings.
* Three exterior-only security cameras located at the doorbell, above the garage, and in the backyard.
* After booking, the primary guest must complete a Point of Contact form, online ID authentication, e-sign the rental agreement, and there's a small credit-card damage-deposit hold, similar to hotels. ID verification takes approximately five minutes and is required before access instructions are released.

The home is very comfortable. Area is quiet. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, and items you would need for cooking. Bedrooms and bathrooms are set up well to accommodate a large family or guests. Location is close to grocery store, other shops and wonderful restaurants.

The home, as well as the pool and spa, were clean and in good working order and Mark and Dina were always available to answer questions or provide directions when requested. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Loved staying at this property! It was very clean and as a bonus, drawers and switches were labeled -- so handy. Location was ideal -- a quick 15 minutes to Westworld. It's close and easy to get on Hwy 101, but you don't hear traffic noise at all. House is located in a quiet neighborhood. There are restaurants you can walk to. Loved using the hot tub! Homeowner was very good with communication, i.e., helpful reminders to set out trash and recycling and reminder to return the garage door upon checkout. Would be happy to stay there again.
