This Private 3.5 bedroom, 1.5 bath home is available for 5+day stays and is only an 8 minute drive to Downtown Palm Springs.
This desert oasis is a blend between Mid-Century Modern and Spanish Southwest with a lot of natural light, large kitchen, breakfast nook, open concept living room, 8 seat dining table, heated pool and hot tub controlled all within the backdrop of mountain views and a cacti garden. The home also has a private courtyard, outdoor lounge chairs, fire pit and an outdoor gym.
The home has 3 large sliding glass doors that open to the back are, a cozy breakfast nook that gets a lot of natural light, a reading corner, outdoor patio chairs equipped with fire pit and outdoor dining tables. This desert oasis also has an outdoor gym with equipped with adjustable free weights, bench, pull up bar and natural grass patch for yoga or lounging.
The back area also includes a heated swimming pool and hot tub, 6 burner bbq propane grill and additional lighting.
The 3 bedrooms are located on the opposite end of the house allowing for maximum privacy and quiet. Each bathroom comes with a bidet and the main bathroom has a linen closet with available towels and wash clothes.
Within the garage are the washer and dryer as well as an additional entrance to the courtyard.
