City of Cathedral city, long term rental property (30+ days). We realize the difficulties many are having with current weather conditions. Since we have been reduced to rent 30+ days, we have a large part of the year without clients. We see this as an opportunity to help those in need. Recently remodeled property in great neighborhood. Located 2 miles from airport and 3 miles or 12 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. This home will provide the finishing touch to any vacation. Beautifully renovated and decorated with comfort in mind. The kitchen will amaze you with a 9 foot island and wine cooler. All the necessary cooking and drinking tools and most seasonings to handle a vacation outing with friends and family. Outside grill has all necessary cooking utensils. Includes complimentary coffee, blender, toaster and Air Fryer oven. Master bedroom has separate patio and pool access. Handsomely decorated with full dresser and vanity area. Includes private coffee station (coffee provided) in vanity area. Master bath has tub and separate shower areas with plenty of room on the double sink. Comes with walk in closet. Beautiful Mountain View’s from back yard and Master bedroom. House is centrally cooled and heated. The gas Fireplace located in the living room is another nice way to end a great evening with friends and family, or you can simply lounge on the 9 foot kitchen island to entertain. Home is wheelchair accessible, however, bathrooms are NOT ADA compliant.

This house is very well managed. The home is well thought Ali andvery provisioned. Every thing you could ever need is provided. The manager was very proactive. The pool, hot tub, fire pit and bbq were really nice. It’s not a gated community but I will say that the back yard is completely private with a tall block wall around it. We sent 35 days and it was really great

Our best VRBO stay…David was, by far, the best property manager. Very responsive to any questions we had. Best home…beautiful, wonderful pool and outdoors area, excellently equipped. Many amenities. Excellent location. I couldn’t recommend it more!

We've stayed at many vacation rentals over the years, from places as varied as Istanbul to Quito to Aukland. This was by far the best equipped and decorated that we've seen anywhere. It's better than the description in the ad. We won't go into details because that's been done so well in previous reviews. However, the best way to describe it is that it's as if friends living there full-time let us borrow it for a month. On top of that the hosts were super attentive, and we couldn't be happier with how we were treated.

We really enjoyed our holiday in this lovely home away from home. We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the past 20 years, and this was the best equipped ever. The supplies provided were plentiful - everything from laundry and dish detergent to coffee and spices, plus treats to welcome us. We were able to use both the pool and hot tub, even though the weather was cooler than normal. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated. It is situated in a pretty and friendly neighbourhood, close to shops, and only a few minutes by car from downtown Palm Springs. The accommodations are exactly as shown in the photos. We highly recommend this property.
