About this house rental
It is new and a great place to relax. There is some green space for sitting on the porch and watching cars go by. The inside is relaxing and the colors are perfect for a Florida home. In true Florida style the house sits on a lot that is open. There is a gas grill outback so feel free to throw some meat on the grill. You are on vacation…no cooking indoors 😁No worries everyone issafe and friendly around here. If you want a true Florida experience to include outside relaxing on the carport, this place is for you. Great Indoor or outdoor option. The beach is 40 minutes away and Downtown is 20 minutes away. Trust your instincts and book this home, You will not be disappointed. We were in town visiting our son who lives in Jax. This house offered enough space for my wife, mother in law, and two of my son's friends. The host's communication prior to arrival was reassuring. The open concept living room and kitchen area was great. One unexpected touch was the guide with instructions on the TV & soundbar & suggestions on nearby restaurants and attractions. The home is near two Walmart's for any essentials left at home (although complementary toothbrushes, lotion, body wash, etc. was provided) and has easy access to the beltway. The master bedroom and bath are nicely done. The outside sitting area is also a nice touch. This one is definitely on our short list moving forward!
