About this house rental
Enjoy the best of both worlds at this lovely, 2-acre property conveniently located a short 3.4 miles from the center of downtown, yet set on a very quiet, idyllic cul-de-sac lane with just six homes on over 50 acres. Mature trees line the lane with Four Mile Creek running through it.
The main house features over 4,000 square feet of living space, with the downstairs including an expansive family room, library, rec room, living room, and formal dining room -- perfect for family gatherings. The contemporary-country style kitchen is large and bright, with french doors opening to one of the patios -- equipped for al fresco dining. The first floor is bright and open throughout with most rooms having french doors opening directly to the outdoors.
We have four bedrooms upstairs and a fifth sleeping area downstairs for a larger group. Two of the bedrooms have in-suite bathrooms with the third and fourth bedroom sharing another full bath.
A charming, 1,000 square foot guest house, is attached via covered walkway and is available separately for a combined rental for larger groups or families. It is perfect for a family with young children or a couple wishing additional privacy from the larger group.
The garden and grounds are lush and extremely private.

A perfect stay at a wonderful, private, clean, excellent home. We were fortunate to have stayed at this lovely Boulder home. We were in town for the IDT softball tournament, perfect location, close to the venue and downtown Boulder. The house description is exactly as described. I want to mention the highlight of this house and booking, that is Amy, the owner and host. What a special person. Extremely kindhearted, and communication was a 10 of 10. Thank you for letting us stay at your home. We would love to stay again next year.

We want to thank Amy and John for letting us stay in their amazing home. Even though our flight was delayed, they stayed back to give us a tour of the property. The house was perfect for our two families to stay to watch our sons graduate CU. Thank you again for everything!

The home is lovely and exactly as described in the listing. Our family enjoyed a wonderful 10 days in Boulder. This home is very conveniently located to Pearl Street, and all the other things to do and see in The Boulder area. The host had instructions printed throughout the house to make it user friendly. Highly recommend!
