The space
Living spaces in relax from within or enjoy the outside environment from its lush terrace. Ideal for two people. In the vibrant area of Los Muertos Beach, surrounded by all the services your convenience and only 50 steps to the sea! Enjoy it!
This space has the charm of wrap up in its atmosphere of intimacy created by the tones in its interior freshening Vallarta warmer atmosphere, making it ideal for desired rest and relaxation. At the same time, in their shared terrace is designed with a single, Mexican touch, surrounded by exquisite vegetation, refreshing environment.
In the living room there is a smart plasma flat screen, with high speed wifi internet so that guests can access any streaming platform to which they are subscribed: Netflix, Hulu, Fox News, HBO Go, etc…
Ideal for socializing or enjoy relaxing with the sea breeze, the sound of the waves and vibrant village atmosphere at your feet. It is a place with very personal touches, which integrates the traditional, old store and creativity, unconventional, as guests!

You can enjoy walk in the streets full of cozy cafecitos, art galleries, great cuisine, convenience stores, banking and medical services, all without vehicular transport.
Seven blocks have the Lazaro Cardenas Park, where you can witness folckloricos dances, food fairs, flea market handicrafts from all regions of Mexico and more .. depending the cultural program of the time.
Folklore live every moment, and just 10 minutes walk the boardwalk is the Cathedral, the municipal market and the town square.
A few blocks you will find great variety of bars and nightclubs, both gay friendly and traditional.
What makes it so special to this corner of Vallarta, it is its rich cosmopolitan atmosphere, as we visit people from anywhere in the world, belief, ideology and tradition, living closely with us natives or Patas Saladas, as we are commonly known.
Our character is very open, friendly, tolerant, emotional and friendship ... Then generator anything can happen! The warm atmosphere that invites to the party, live in any time ... if you want it!
However, even in the midst of all this confusion, we live safely, it is very natural to walk the streets late at night or at dawn, public safety is constant, Playa Los Muertos is pure and great atmosphere.
Everything is just a few steps but if you want to go to more secluded places, transportation either taxis or local buses.
The costs of taxis start from $ 40 pesos, depending on the distance you want to move. while local buses are only $ 10 pesos. they can take to mass withdrawals beaches, Nuevo Vallarta and various other places you want to know in the city.
The apartment is very close to the beach, the area is more common for gays, but regardless of that, many families often be in this area because it is the heart of our city, 3 blocks from the boardwalk, areas of restaurants and plenty of night diversity.
Guest access
Essential services, WiFi, Plasma screen, electricity gas and water included; and in monthly stays we include weekly cleaning with change of sheets and towels; although it is always available on request nominal fee for any stay.
Other things to note
Guests, parties or events are not allowed, smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, keep in mind that smoking inside the apartment will carry an extra charge of $ 250 USD; pets are allowed in many cases, but may be subject to an additional cost. Please ask if this is your case.
Remember that Vallarta is a living city, in full growth and you could find construction works near the property, Restaurants or bars, with the inconveniences that this entails; our prices will have already been adjusted if that were the case.
In the condominium you have a safe, it will be delivered to you in open mode and that way you must leave it when you leave, if you leave it locked it will generate a charge of $100 USD. The same applies to the loss of the unit key.
Internet service is one of the largest Mexican companies ¨IZZI TELECOM¨, currently there is no company that guarantees 100% service, we have already adjusted the prices of the accommodation to this circumstance, providing the service at no cost, but not admitting any kind of claim for service failures.
Ask for our transportation service from the airport to the apartment, round trip and/or one way trip.

Great little apt. Wouldn’t want to stay here in summer as there’s no AC. But for wintertime it’s great. Blanca the property manager is very attentive.

The unit is a half-block from the beach and is quite comfortable -- as long as you don't mind heat, humidity, and the occasional mosquito. Those are not issues for me, so I thought this unit is perfect.

Lacking for a stay of 14 days. Only I towel each, I tea towel, no outside light, one coffee cup, a sad small assortment of dishes. The shower only trickled requiring a pot of water from the kitchen to rinse. The bathroom tap broke, then leaked under the sink a few days later.
