Renovated condo with fantastic kitchen and large terrace. This condo, is in a gated complex with large pool and lovely mature gardens. Located 2 blocks from the beach, this 2 bedroom, one bathroom, unit is newly updated kitchen with a filtered drinking water system, full AC, smart TV, Fire stick, Netflix, and 50mb wifi, beautifully furnished throughout with many added decorator touches including a large private outdoor terrace/courtyard with a pergola roof and dining for eight people. The lush greenery of the patio is the perfect atmosphere for lounging or grilling on the outdoor Webber gas barbecue.
The Master Bedroom features Queen size Bed, closet, air conditioning and desk. The second Bedroom boasts Twin Beds/King, air conditioning and closet. The living room has AC with French doors opening onto the terrace, smart TV and comfortable seating for 6, with breakfast table for 2. The kitchen features a breakfast bar, filtered drinking water tap, connected to the ice maker, appliances include a refrigerator with ice maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with washer and dryer. The bathroom is traditionally tiled with beautiful Mexican tiles. This condo enjoys full AC, Smart TV, Netflix and WiFi throughout for your convenience, and parking. We have a management company to meet you at the condo and are available to assist.

We had dealings with PVRPV and their service was terrible. Everything from the cleaning lady to someone showing up to check us out. They were more than a half hour later than the requested time. Past experience with PVRPV was good but this year was terrible!

We stayed at Loma del Mar for a month. The condo was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. We were able to walk to local restaurants, taco stands and shops although expect lots of hills and stairs. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful gardens in the complex. We used the beautiful condo courtyard often. You will hear highway traffic throughout the day when using the courtyard. If we had any issues, Vanessa was quick to respond and the problem rectified. We had a great time and would recommend this property if you're thinking of visiting Puerto Vallarta!

Secure property with many amenities. Nicely stocked-great appliances. Great for adults who are mobile. You can walk to the beach and restaurants. Shopping and any many attractions close by. Nice pool area.

This property will not disappoint! Beautiful and extremely clean property, in an amazing lush and tropical complex only two blocks from the beach. So many restaurants nearby, but should you decide to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked which was fantastic. Every amenity was thought out, including mini shampoo and soaps, plus extra Kleenex boxes and kitchen towels, which was great for cleaning up after our toddler. They even set out a ready made baby cot including sheets and blankets for our kiddo and we were very grateful! The patio was a great space for relaxing in the fresh air but in a private space. The only downside was almost no hot water, but when it’s as hot outside as it gets in PV, it didn’t bother us too much! Would love to return.
