Absolutely loved staying in Casa #3. Marta and Lourdes are wonderful to deal with. Check-in was super easy. This place has everything that you would have at home. It is equipped with wifi, TV, microwave, blender, toaster and all sizes of pots and frying pans. Lots of dishes and cutlery. 2 water bottles are supplied along with shampoo, conditioner and a bar of soap. Towels and dish towels are provided. The beds are quite comfortable with extra comforters in the closet if you get chilly. The shower always had hot water with great water pressure. Most reviews mention the amount of stairs you have to climb to get to this unit and in my opinion it’s not really that bad. You go up a few stairs to a common area and the some more stairs to a gate to let yourself in and then you have 69 stairs to climb to Casa #3. We are 56 and 59 and after few days they actually weren’t that bad lol. Going out? Everything is close by 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to Old Town and there is The Pancake House down in old town is also a 5 minute walk and has delicious breakfasts. For us this is the best place we have stayed in Puerto Vallarta. Thank you Marta and Lourdes for letting us stay in your beautiful home and hope to stay again next year. PS: there is a young man his name is Jessi and he is a very polite. He keeps the stairs and outside the gate very clean. If you have leftovers and don’t wanna eat them share with Jessi he would be very grateful. Thanks again Lourdes and Marta!

Had a delightful stay in Puerto Vallarta! The property's cleanliness, basic amenities, and proximity to the beach and nightlife were fantastic. The only hiccup was the uphill climb and stairs, but the overall value and peaceful outlook made it worthwhile. A great choice for a relaxing getaway!

We recently came for the holidays and really enjoyed out stay. The place was safe with easy access to the beach. The owners were accessible and able to help us with anything we needed. We could not have been happier and wish we could have stayed even longer...we will surely be back!

The apartment is nice, with a nice view and is reasonably close to the Romantic Zone of PV. The place has two double beds, adequate kitchen and small patio. The downside is that it is on the 3rd floor - equivalent to 4th floor to get to the street, so there is a lot of climbing every time you leave the house. Not to mention the many more stairs/hill to get down to the beach level. When we arrived the owner ladies met us and explained everything well, they are very nice. Inside the house when we arrived was very damp with mildew and the beds and pillows smelled terrible, so calling the owner they had a cleaner come in to change sheets (which we had to pay for!). After having to mop the whole place, clean green mold off the windows, and clean every dish ourselves, the place was livable. Note that the neighborhood noise level was quite high at times from the happy (almost hour every day) from the adjacent hotel. It is located very near the local bus stop, so easy to get to town or to Boca / Mismaloya. Overall a nice place but with high price and cons noted above.
