This unit has its own large 250 Sq. Ft. Private patio that faces the ocean. In addition, it shares a common area with Hotel Brisas del Mar that contains an enormous deck overlooking the ocean with a swimming pool and Restaurant/Bar.
Within easy walking distance of popular Los Muerto Beach and Blue Chairs Resort. Short walk to popular restaurants and bars such as Garbos and The Palm.

This condo is exactly as advertised. Great location, owner and property manager. The entire 3 weeks went very smoothly. I highly recommend this condo.

The view was gorgeous, and the proximity to the beach was excellent. The energy of the whole area was fantastic. The property manager was easy to contact, and the property was clean and well-kept. The lack of a microwave presented a bit of a challenge, but it just meant relearning how to reheat food without it. Overall, I would recommend the place to anyone, as long as they can handle the six flights of stairs down to the street level.
