Amazing Ballast Point home with unobstructed Roanoke Sound Views and perfect Sunsets. This is a 6 bedroom & 4.5 bathroom home located in the private Pirate's Cove Resort with access to all community amenities. The home is non-smoking & pet-friendly (1 dog allowed) with a Sunday turn-day. Point Break comfortably accommodates 14 and offers exceptional custom architectural design and prime location on the point allows for expansive sound front views at most every turn. Pamper yourself in this award winning home at Pirate's Cove Resort where true luxury abounds throughout! You'll enjoy abundant elegant spaces to delight your senses including: a spacious basement with wine cave, multilevel entertainment & living spaces, and an exceptional "ship's watch" to relax and revel in our glorious Outer Banks sunsets! The ground entry level offers a bedroom with two Twin beds, another bedroom with two Twins and 1 Full bed, a sitting room, additional sun room and the wine cave. The main floor includes a luxury Master suite with a King bed with his and her bathrooms, hot tub, and private deck access. The main living room, dining room, kitchen, dinette and overlook room are also located on the main floor. A magnificent dual staircase leads to the 2nd floor where the final 3 bedrooms are. One holds a King bed with attached private bathroom, another has a Queen bed, and the final one has two Twin beds. There is also a separate office and spiral staircase to the top level "ship's watch" with 270 degree views of Shallowbag Bay and beyond! 8 flat-screen TV's, High-speed WiFi, pool table and arcade area, and gas grill. There is also a large backyard with firepit and sand entry into the sound, perfect for launching kayaks and relaxing. Parking for 6 vehicles maximum and trailers must be stored off-site. No slip available with property at this time, one may be rented from rental office or marina.

The house was amazing and everything was perfect for our family. Location was great! We really enjoyed the game room and hot tub. We cooked all dinners at the house and the kitchen was fully stocked. Really had a wonderful vacation and would recommend this house!

This house is gorgeous. The views can’t be beat. The hot tub is misleading bc it’s really on the master area. The community pool is mostly kids so don’t expect pool side cocktails. The kitchen could use more utensils and such but hopefully the mgr will address that. Plenty of great deck space and many indoor sitting areas for everyone to be comfy.

The home was beautiful with lots of potential. There was lots of dog hair and spiderwebs. Could have had more guest amenities such as beach towels. Who travels with those. Some safety issues which were reported to the management company. One of our travelers sustained a bad fall and had to be transported to the trauma center in virgins beach. Broken door knobs and light switch. With some attention it will be the perfect getaway
