This light filled loft has all the luxury feel of a Downtown Chicago loft with 12 foot ceilings, large windows and exposed brick! You will enjoy cooking in the brand new kitchen and cleanup is easy with a full sized dishwasher! Just steps from Hyperion Coffee, Sidetrack, Aubree’s pizza and so many other great spots! This loft is a brand new space set in a historic building that was originally a hotel in 1839, then barracks used for the civil war in 1862. Amazing history!
Over 800 Square feet, this loft packs a punch! Take the elevator or the stairs up to the second floor and the apartment is right to your left! Enjoy a separated sleeping room sectioned off by a partition wall! Enjoy luxury linens, a brand new king bed, and plush bath robes. The kitchen is fit to cook a full meal, although you may find yourself ordering in from the numerous restaurants within walking distance! Put a vinyl on the record player or relax on the oversized couch and turn on your favorite netflix show! No luxuries have been overlooked!

Historic Depot town is a charming little downtown with shops, restaurants and amazing coffee shops! Watch the train go through downtown right from your window, or take a stroll down to riverside park! Only 25 minutes to downtown Ann Arbor and 30 minutes to Detroit! Just a 20 minute drive to the BIG HOUSE!
There is one reserved parking spot for guest use. There is additional parking around town and nearby as well. Uber and Lyft are easily accessible from your front door!
