Cottage #3 is a cottage with a bedroom and a separate small kitchen and bathroom, there is no living room area. Bathroom and shower are small. It has a screened porch. Full size refrigerator and small stove, microwave and toaster. Cottage is non-smoking and sleeps 1-2 guests comfortably with a queen size bed. Air conditioned. Early check in available for $100

My puppy and I were very happy with the cottage. It was clean and provided all the amenities we needed. Wells beach was so close it was easy to get the puppy out early to enjoy the quieter hours of beach access. Loved it! The only reason I give it four stars is because the a/c unit could be replaced. Other than that 5 stars!

The cabin was old. The cabinets were rust. The stove was ancient. You had to walk through the bathroom to get to the kitchen so there was no privacy. You could only see a sliver of water. The property did not look like the pictures.
