This property is locally owned and managed by us, residents of Rapid City. We respect your privacy and will not be present during your stay, but live nearby and are readily available to answer any questions you may have. You can expect timely and personal responses directly from us.

Our home is situated in a covenant-controlled community on a beautiful golf course (Golf Club at Red Rocks (public golf course - contact the golf course for play availability)). It's a peaceful and upscale area, offering a quiet escape while being conveniently close to local attractions. Enjoy the serene atmosphere and views of the nearby Black Hills from the back patio.

Getting Around
With a spacious three-car garage, parking is simple and secure. There is no street parking allowed at any time.

You will have private and exclusive access to the entire house, including the three-car garage, back patio, and yard.

Step into an open and inviting entryway that leads to a modern kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and bakeware for your favorite meals. You'll find a toaster and a Keurig coffee maker, complete with an initial supply of K-cups, tea, creamer, and sugar. A sliding glass door opens to the patio, where you can grill or relax with great views of sunsets over the Black Hills.

Unwind in one of two spacious living areas. The upper-level living room features a comfortable sectional with powered recliners and a 65-inch HDTV able to stream using one of your accounts, perfect for movie nights. The lower-level family room offers another large TV and a collection of board games like Ticket to Ride and Monopoly for everyone's enjoyment.

This home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The upper level includes a bedroom, a bathroom, and the master suite, which boasts a TV, a large walk-in closet with a crib, and an en-suite bathroom with a custom-tiled shower and double vanity. Off the master, a bonus room awaits with a sofa bed, exercise bike, foosball, and air hockey. The lower level has two more bedrooms and another full bathroom.

Traveling with little ones? We provide a high chair (upon request), pack 'n play(upon request), a crib, children's books, board games and foosball table to make your family's stay easier.

For those needing to connect with the home office, we provide high-speed 1GB+ WiFi to ensure a clear and uninterrupted connection. The home also includes a finished laundry room for your convenience.

To ensure a wonderful stay for you and our neighbors, we ask that you observe the following rules:

No Parties — And We Mean It. Absolutely NO PARTIES, EVENTS, or GATHERINGS are allowed on the property at any time.
The only individuals authorized to be on the property are those guests who are included in the reservation and those who have received pre-approval from us, the owners and managers of the property.
Any unauthorized visitors, regardless of how long they are on the property or if they come in a group or in one’s and two’s, will be treated as overnight guests and may result in additional charges and/or an immediate termination of the booking without refund,
The property is monitored by exterior security cameras and our safety conscious neighbors who help us keep the space safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone — including future guests like you.
Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Parking: No street parking is allowed at any time. Please use the driveway and three-car garage.
No Pets: Due to severe owner allergies, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed on the property, inside or out. A significant sanitization fee will be charged for violations.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the home and anywhere on the property. A $500 deodorizing fee may be applied if evidence of smoking is found.
Food and Drink: Please confine all eating and drinking to the kitchen and patio areas.
Primary Guest: The person who makes the reservation must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. We do not allow third party bookings.

The primary guest will be required to sign an online rental agreement verifying that they and all the guests will be informed of and abide by these rules during the stay before access to the property will be granted.

This was a wonderful base for our week in the Black Hills! 90 minutes to Badlands in the East and 2 hours to Devil's Tower in the West. My kids loved the split level, reclining couches, big TV, and "game room"in the master bedroom. My husband and I loved that the golf course clubhouse had a bar we could sneak away to for an evening. And my mom loved the complementary coffee pods! Highly recommend.
