Located in an exclusive community, Carillon Beach Resort Condo, is in a beautiful neighborhood featuring a canopy of oak trees lining the paved sidewalks. Guests enjoy eight walkover access points to 3900 feet of sugar sand beach. You'll find shopping, restaurants, a cafe, a salon, and even a fitness center on Carillon Market Street. Paddleboarding, kayaking, and bicycle rentals are available on-site at Shipwrecked LTD. This home is two-and-a-half miles from Rosemary Beach, with restaurants, shopping, and everything 30A has to offer. Lake Powell is nearby, along with Phillips Inlet and Camp Helen State Park. Additionally, you'll be seven-and-a-half miles to Pier Park and close to the PCB nightlife. There is a Publix market right across the street whenever you need to replenish those important vacation staples.
You're going to love staying in this beautiful resort condo overlooking Lake Carillon, with just a five-minute walk from the private and pristine stretch of Carillon Beach. You can enjoy a delicious brunch al-fresco out on the private balcony - you'll love savoring the views of Lake Carillon while enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset. The full kitchen includes a convection oven to prepare meals you can enjoy at the breakfast bar that seats 4. When you are not at the beach, take advantage of the 4 resort pools including a beach front pool, a luxury oversized resort pool and 2 hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball, and children's play area. Catch up on a good read at one of the outdoor pavilions. We have rented 2 Beach Chairs for your use, included with stay seasonally March-Oct.
**Please Note** The Carillon Beach Neighborhood HOA has instituted a new guest resort fee of $35.00 for all renters, for use of amenities. This is part of increased safety measures and to assure all guests are registered in the community. All amenities including pools and beach walkovers will soon have passcode gates, starting April 1st 2025. All renters will register and receive a scan code/QR code and a passcode to enter these areas. You will be sent a link after your rental is confirmed to register with Sim Liv to receive access code/QR scan and pay the $35.00 fee. You will only need one pass for your party.
When you are calculating your costs to stay at a rental home or Condo in Carillon Beach, add these costs to your calculations because they are not part of the total.

Max 1 pet under 50lbs. Pets are subject to a non-refundable pet fee of $150. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Any damages incurred while staying in the condo, that exceeds the covered damage protection policy, are subject to additional fees. Dogs are not allowed on the beaches in Bay County, except at Dog Beach, to the west of City Pier. "It's about 500 feet of beach. Access #56-57. Dogs are allowed at Camp Helen State park which is next door to the condo, with nice walking trails, however, they can not enter the beach.

Beautiful, easy walk to multiple beach access,multiple pools, enjoyed the hot tub. Property was cute, clean and perfect for us

Pure bliss. This condo was absolutely perfect for our little family of 3, finding out literally days before going that we are expecting! We love the Carillon community and all it has to offer and this was the best place we have stayed inside of it by far! The proximity to the downtown area where we rented bikes for the week, the resort pool steps away and the beach and other property pools only minutes away, the rental chairs/umbrella set up that was provided that 1000% made the trips to the beach with a toddler so much more manageable and the overall flow of the condo just feeling like home all made this vacation one to remember. Our toddler even called it home by the second day and was upset when we had to leave! The king bed was perfect for us 3 to wind down with movie time before moving him to the toddler bed that fit perfectly between the front window and bed. The mini kitchen was so cute and functioned perfectly and everything felt so cozy! It’s also only a 5 minute drive over to Rosemary & 30A where some of our favorite restaurants (amici 30A, LaCocina and Shades) are located and overall great views of little towns! I cannot rave enough about this location and the upkeep! Anita & Brian truly have created such a special place for families and are so receptive to communication! Thanks for everything again! 10/10 recommend!!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The beach and surrounding neighborhood was really nice for walking. Also enjoyed the little downtown and eating establishments. The only real negative was the cleanliness of the building. Halls, elevators and stairwells were absolutely filthy and of course all that gets tracked into the unit. The management firm should be absolutely embarrassed. That being said our unit itself was decent and fairly well maintained.
