The Foster House is a spacious and stylish 3BR/2.5BA gem located minutes from downtown museums, restaurants, and venues. Unwind in two comfortable living spaces — the light-filled 1,920 square foot interior offers ample room to relax. Home chefs will feel right at home in the modern kitchen.

LIVING AREA
Gather together in the Great Room, detailed with a plush sofa and a smart TV. This is the perfect spot to watch the game while enjoying a spread of tasty snacks.
Upstairs, the living room features two comfy sofas and a smart TV. There’s a full-size bed in the cozy sleeping nook.
KITCHEN & DINING
Stainless steel appliances and glossy granite countertops shine in the well-equipped kitchen.
Four can keep the chef company at the breakfast bar, and the dining table seats six.

The guest room is furnished with a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twin-size beds plus a pair of twin trundles. A pristine tub/shower combination awaits in the guest bathroom.
A powder room provides added convenience.

Loved this home! So nicely decorated and furnished with a few necessities to get through the short stay. Good bedding, comfortable couches, and close to downtown which was perfect for our uber rides!

This house was nice, it could have felt a little more clean cut overall it was nice. We stayed here after driving in from a beautiful cabin in Gatlinburg so it was definitely a change but it did the job. We did notice that some of the faucets were loose and the downstairs comforter had makeup stains and the upstairs shower was plugged with hair most likely. That was probably the worst part in terms of cleanliness because my feet stayed in standing water. I would say it would have been nice to have some coffees starter packs or something. There was a starter pack with some laundry and dish soap which was nice along with paper towels. I would recommend also having some bathroom starter kits as well instead of just bottles of hand soap. The house did have clean towels so that was nice. The neighborhood was decent, but I recommend doing research about the neighborhood before booking a Vrbo. Overall it worked for what was needed.

We had a great time in Nashville staying at the Foster House. We had to change our plans and the host wouldn't let us shorten our trip so we paid for 1 night that we didn't use. I was pretty disappointed.
