The unit had a musty odor upon check-in from what appeared to be from not being open up to fresh air for period of time. Cleared up after a day. Windows could use a good cleaning as the visible mildew was unappealing and initial reaction, upon check-in, was we rented a dud (especially with musty odor). Unit was a tad light in furniture and could use a love seat or recliner chair added. The beds were somewhat uncomfortable and could use a replacement. Sunsets from the deck were the BEST! Overall, the unit was great! I would definitely recommend and would re-visit!

The area is my favorite place to stay! We’ve stayed on this street over 10x. The pool was amazing, the views & dock were the best part! Super quiet area. The house is def old school Florida keys but a/c was cold bed was comfy. We had a few things that needed attention but Frank was quick to respond. We’ll be back

Pros: (1) Frank was very responsive to our questions abd overall, provided excellent service (2) The location was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of spaces to walk our dog
Cons: (1) we paid extra to heat the pool, however, the birds that were using it as a bathroom made it unsafe. It needs to be screened in. Such a disappointment since we picked that house for the pool (2) the entire home needs to be renovated and/or
