Location is fantastic. House needs some work on the bathrooms but overall we had a wonderful time! Would book again.

This place was awesome. Fishing from the dock was my favorite. Quiet neighborhood, me and my wife had our four kids and son n law with us. Pool was good. Owner was very responsive. When we go back to the keys we will look here first.

The view this house has is absolutely stunning! I could stare at the water for hours. All the different blues and greens.The house could use a little TLC but honestly I'm there to enjoy the gorgeous water. The pool needs some painting but nothing that hinders your experience.The house is large and roomy!The beds are extremely comfortable and so is the couch in the living room after a busy days in the Keys ,that's a plus! I walk every morning and the neighborhood is extremely safe and beautiful.Honestly we had a wonderful time and can't say enough about the View!We sat at the dock every night for sunsets and saw dolphins, sharks, manatees, lots of fish and turtles. Absolutely breathtakingWe had a blast! Blessed to have a beautiful week of weather as well!Frank is very communicative and friendly All in all a great experience

The property was beautiful wow; the view is absolutely gorgeous! Having all three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms was a great touch.That said, the VRBO description was a bit misleading. The “hot tub” is actually a small soaking pool attached to the main pool and is the same temperature, so it’s not a true hot tub. Not a deal breaker, but it would have been helpful to know. The listing also mentions a beach within a one-minute walk, which isn’t accurate—there’s only a small sandy area before a rock wall and deck. However, there are beautiful beaches nearby.A nice surprise was the screened-in porch, which wasn’t listed and ended up being a great bonus.The home was clean and in good condition—slightly older, but well maintained. However, the biggest issue was the lack of basic supplies. We stayed seven nights as a family of six and were provided very limited toilet paper and travel-size toiletries with no extras. The kitchen was stocked with dishes but had no coffee or similar basics. The dishwasher didn’t work well, the stove was difficult to use, and the fridge had a broken drawer.Supplies like paper towels, trash bags, and cleaning items were also minimal, so we had to purchase our own and ended up leaving more behind. There’s also a rule to clean the BBQ, but no tools were provided.Overall, we enjoyed the stay—the home was clean, the area was quiet, and the view was incredible—but a more accurate listing and better stocking of essentials would make a big difference
