Centrally located South Sandpoint house, only 4 blocks from the Lake & Memorial Field (home of the Festival of Sandpoint) and within walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, brew pubs, coffee shops and Sandpoint City Beach! The house has two bedrooms with a queen bed & two twin beds. Full bath with tub/shower & washer/dryer. Fiber optic internet, a full kitchen, air conditioning along with 1 off street parking spot & street parking, fenced back yard with gas grill, patio furniture & umbrella.
Close to Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort.

This home fit our needs perfectly. We were there to cook our breakfast and sleep. It was very clean and quiet. It was walking distance to downtown. Our bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with basic needs for cooking and dining.

We loved our time at this hidden gem in the woods. It is a beautiful wooden chalet on a farm. All the amenities of in town with none of the noise. Our daughter especially loved seeing the grazing cows nearby. Just a quick drive to a sandy beach. We would definitely visit again.
