A compact, modern kitchen includes chef‑friendly appliances, cookbooks, and a coffee/tea station; a laundry nook provides a washer/dryer. The bathroom is small yet luxe, with a stylish walk‑in shower, vanity, and quality linens.

Other activities in the area include: cross country skiing, kayaking, canoeing, white water rafting, foraging, horse back riding, mountain climbing etc..

Duplex layout: the other unit is fully separate with its own private yard.
Seasonal notes: in winter, driveway and paths to the sauna/hot tub are plowed. Backyard dining area and fire pit may be inaccessible during heavy snow.
Nature: as with many historic homes in North Idaho, you may encounter occasional outdoor critters on the porch.

Such a great location and the hosts were timely and supportive. The amenities were perfect and the beds were comfortable. The sauna and jacuzzi worked well and were clean. We did not bring our dogs but it was sweet how the hosts also planned for dogs to be welcomed and comfortable with a dog bed, dog bowls, and bags for disposal.

Sweet home with space outside to relax and enjoy a hot tub soak or sauna. Location can’t be beat to explore downtown Sandpoint with great restaurants within walking distance.Thank you for the great and cozy stay!

We had the best time staying at this house! The cutest house, close to downtown. Was walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the city beach. It was a perfect place for our family! We will stay here again when we come back to Sandpoint!

Everything was perfect! Greg, the host, was amazing at communicating throughout our stay. The home was cozy and the amenities were clean and thoroughly enjoyed. The location was perfect. Just one small block to downtown where we would walk and enjoy breakfast and/or dinner and visiting shops. We just had an easy carefree week. Highly recommend this home!
