She had heard great things about The Pointe and made a beeline there. She found it where anyone would want it...snuggled right next to Rosemary Beach. Location was a short walk from rosemary beach, very updated and the pool/ restaurant area was nice!

Modern updates. Comfortable beds. Washer, dryer, iron, ice maker. Hot jacuzzi. Nice pool. Grills in right corner of yard. Nice view from roof deck. Beach and Rosemary center within walking distance.
Be sure to ask the host for instructions in advance for finding the unit.
AC won’t work unless sensors on all sliding doors are perfectly closed. The sensors are electronically connected to the AC. They didn’t specifically tell us this in advance, just “need to close the doors if you use the AC” which we did, but they were not closed enough for the sensors to activate the AC.
Roach in the top left drawer of the kitchen island. Droppings in the silverware organizer.
Previous smokers in 135! Pinkie promptly sent over air fresheners.
Responsiveness? You may get an instant response, or a delayed response, or none at all from Pinkie.
No pool wristbands from Pinkie. Got em from the front desk who told us that usually the manager provides these.
Need parking pass? Front desk closes at 4:30pm, just 30 minutes after the 4pm check in time. If late, you won’t be able to park, unless security guard gives you a pass.
Bike rentals aren’t included.
One of the two elevators is broken.
Roof deck never staffed.
Caution! The couch has a sharp, right corner.
No filters provided for the coffee maker. Bring the kind shaped lake a small, round bowl.
Few pods for dish and clothes washers.
No HDMI cord.
Few trash bags. Trash room is left of elevator.
I thought the price was a bit high. But a nice place!

This was our first time staying in the Rosemary Beach area and we loved every minute of this area! We stayed at The Pointe with our two older kids ages 15 and 17. The room was very spacious and nice! One suggestion is to add a full length mirror for outfit checks. Big Bad Breakfast is a must and just steps away from the pool. The grounds of the resort I do feel are lacking the upkeep. Just things like one elevator being broken, door with a sign saying use other door because it’s broken, pool not being kept clean, and when we arrived on Sunday at 1:30 pm the front desk was already closed. While the condo itself was great, I do believe the property isn’t maintained like it should be.

We love the area and visit Rosemary/Seacrest every year, but we were not impressed by this rental. For the price we paid, it was definitely not clean enough and the entire property in general was not maintained well or clean either. Our condo also had a weird smell and all of the dishes had to be washed before use. We rented bikes onsite, only 2 came with the unit that sleeps 6 people, and one was stolen even though it was locked up. They made us pay for stolen bike 😕. Overall we still had a great time, but would not stay here again.
