This three-bedroom three-bathroom condo offers gorgeous views of the palm trees and cabanas around the Caribbean-style pool at this luxurious resort on the east end of 30A. Directly next to Rosemary Beach, at the intersection of Hwy 98 and Hwy 30A, just across the street from the shops and dining of 30 Avenue.
Step inside and you will be greeted by the oversized "third" bedroom to your left. It comes furnished with two queen beds and a workspace. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity, walk-in glass shower with bench and separate toilet closet.
To the right is the master bedroom, with attached bath. This bathroom has a double vanity, walk in glass shower, a large garden-style soaking tub and plantation shutters opening to the bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed that opens up to a spacious private balcony, separate from the living room. The balcony here has the best view of the pool area from the whole unit.
The kitchen has an oversized island with a sink and bar seating, perfect for entertaining. A gas cooktop is a favorite of the culinary-inclined guests. From the kitchen overlooking the island, you will find the living area with gas fireplace and mounted TV. A dining table that seats six, along with another private balcony off of the living room.
Barn doors opposite the balcony open to the second bedroom, with a queen bed. The attached bath is exquisitely equipped with a double vanity, a glass walk-in shower and private toilet closet.
