About this house rental
Start your vacation by avoiding the Rt. 6 Cape traffic. Take the first exit after the Sagamore Bridge and drive straight to the Town Neck neighborhood. Walk in and relax on the deck with the ever-changing marsh water views. Short walk through the neighborhood to Town Neck beach, both the ocean and the Boardwalk side. Walk or take the short drive down to the Canal and enjoy the area restaurants or better yet, bring or rent bikes and enjoy the Canal bike path. This 3 bedroom home comfortably sleeps 6. Enjoy your coffee or cocktail hour out on the deck as you watch the marsh tide.

For me, the marsh view was wonderful. The beach house was comfortable and well equipped. Loved the quiet neighborhood location-perfect for walking.

Loved the Sandwhich location and this nice neighborhood. The house was classic “ Cape Cod” style and the hospitality, check-in, and owner responsiveness was excellent.

We had a wonderful long weekend over the Labor Day holiday. The house is well stocked with everything we needed. It’s a great neighborhood for walking and has easy beach access. Owner, Heather is wonderful and communication was easy!
