This family-friendly, updated classic log mountain cabin with timeless finishes is perfect for creating vacation memories! Get ready to fill each day with year-round fun, as you will have easy access to I-80, Downtown Truckee, Donner Lake, Sugar Bowl, Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows, and Northstar. As soon as you step foot inside, you will find that there is plenty of room for everyone as this cabin has a king bed, queen bed, two twin bunk beds, plus a twin with trundle in the loft! The full kitchen is the perfect place to make your favorite meals to share with your family and friends, as you will have stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, beautiful countertops, and two coffee makers. When you need a bit of fresh air, the deck is an ideal place to enjoy that cup of coffee or tea and take in the beauty of the forest. When you find yourself spending time indoors, the fun won't stop with the charming bunk room on the second floor and a game room (ping-pong table and flatscreen TV) on the lower floor. Plus, the wood-burning stove, central heat, mudroom, and two-car garage make your stay even more enjoyable!

Great house!
It is located really close to the Main Street near Safeway, the coffee shops, and Donner Lake.
The house is clean and comfortable: master on top floor with bathroom (tub too) and loft area for kids to play and read books. Second floor is main floor with open living, dining, kitchen, and access to wooden patio balcony. Second floor also has a bathroom and two bedrooms: one of the bedrooms has the built in bunks.
The entry/exit is through the garage key panel(number) only. (For those of you who are thinking, where’s the keys?!).
I used the electric water tea kettle and the keurig side of the coffee maker. There’s a regular brew coffee maker too.
And for the book people: there’s some novels on the shelf for adults and the kiddies. I left a beach read there to add to collection.
It might be difficult to see the address if you arrive at night- FYI!

Spacious and comfortable three-level home, very well stocked kitchen. Three bedrooms, one with private bath. Third bedroom has bunks for four. Took one star off because the house is adjacent to a busy roadway.
