About this house rental

Come enjoy our cozy home filled with luxuries and amenities geared towards those visiting NWA to explore activities, nature, and bike trails! Only 5 minutes from downtown with easy access to Slaughter Pen Trail, Razorback Greenway, Coler Preserve Trail, and tourist hot-spots such as Crystal Bridges, the Amazeum, and the AMP. If you would rather stay-in and enjoy the view, we are 1 minute from a neighborhood market or Harps Food Market and you can enjoy our hot tub, gas grill, tv, and ping pong in the outdoor living space!

We want everyone to have a wonderful time, but are looking for guests that appreciate a well taken care of rental and are respectful of our property and its furnishings. If anyone in your group is looking for a rental to hold parties and neglect our home, then please look elsewhere.

We also have Noise Aware on the property to monitor the guest volume, so we do not have any problems with the City of Bentonville Ordinance for Noise. Quite time is from 10:00 pm – 7:00 am and needs to be adhered to during your visit so our property doesn’t get complaints from our neighbors and or the police.

Should we ask for a drivers license, credit or debit card please supply that information before check-in.

We had a great experience. The house is everything listed and more. Super clean, well stocked and an absolutely wonderful home and peaceful location. We had a great time just staying around the house and enjoying the spacious decks, ping pong table and great outdoors! Close enough to the city but secluded at the same time. We will definitely book again!

Firstly, the host was amazing. Any question we had was answered almost immediately and she (Joyce) was able to accommodate all of our needs. We very much appreciate her hospitality.The house was also quite nice, especially the primary suite, with it's large bathroom and soaking tub. We had 7 mountain biking buddies together for the weekend and there was ample room for everyone, both inside and out. The neighborhood was quiet and super close to town.Importantly, the house was also close to the trails, so we could easily just ride our bikes to most of the trail systems we wanted to get to.Cooking for a big group was a bit of challenge, given the stove was a standard 5 burner unit. And there was only 1 oven. As well, the cookware wasn't what I would consider high quality. But if you're going out to dinner all the time, this wouldn't be important.Again though, if we come back, we would definitely loot to stay here again.

We had such a great time in Bentonville at the Almand house. The house is beautiful, well furnished, comfortable, clean and in a great location. I stayed there with my mom and eight sisters. There was plenty of room and space. The hot tub was great. The kitchen was well stocked. plenty of toiletries, paper goods, and laundry detergent. The host was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. I would love to stay here again, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

This is a great place to stay if you want to ride the mountain bike trails in Bentonville. You can ride right out of the house and be on the trails in 2 minutes. The house was spacious, clean and had a two car garage to store the bikes in. The neighborhood is quite and close to the Interstate and many restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

We rented the house for the Biker Blues and BBQ rally in Rogers. The house is just as displayed in the pictures. I really liked the layout and was very comfortable. We sat outside on the deck watching tv most evenings. The kitchen is very well equipped and organized. We sat in the hot tube several evenings discussing what we were going to do the next day. The only complaint, and very minor, the hot tube would only go to 99 degrees. Wish it was a little warmer but figured it's limited as a safety factor. Like I said, minor. Would definitely stay there again!

This house and its surroundings worked very well for us and our kids and grandkids. The house was just as described. The large decks in the back were good play areas for the kids, and the wooded backyard was beautiful. It felt secluded, even while being very near some of the must-see places in Bentonville. Our hostess responded quickly to our questions. We would gladly rent this home again, but would bring more toys/equipment for the little ones to use out on the deck as well as indoors.

We were in town for a family wedding. We had more than enough space in the house for everyone. Explored the trails, breweries and Crystal Bridges. We'll be bake next year for another family wedding. Hope to do more exploring

We had the pleasure of staying at the Tristan Trail home for our extended family Memorial Day mountain biking trip. The home itself was as expected from the listing, if not better. Joyce was wonderful to work with and gave numerous recommendations including Bentonville bike week activities, dining recommendations, and activities for our younger travelers. The home was incredibly close to some of the amazing trails, especially the Slaughter Pen trail system, and was the perfect launching point for our biking. We would happily recommend this home to anyone, and look forward to staying here again in the not too distant future.

The Tristan Trail was the perfect setting for our Thanksgiving. With adult children in Tulsa and Little Rock - this was an accessible location for all to travel to. The house is excellent, located conveniently to everything, including great trails...and the hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking and exploring. I would stay here again.

The house was just perfect!!! We had 3 families with bunches of kids!! The porch and swing set as well as the immaculate garage (which allowed my CrossFit people to work out) was so great! The rooms were comfy (beds) and all had walk in closets. Two living areas was also perfect because we had my 85 year old mom as well. Kitchen was the best we’ve ever had in a VRBO house. Easy access to everything. Overall we will look for a reason to come back to this house.
