About this house rental
Beautiful newly-remodeled home located in the heart of Bentonville, AR. Less than 5 minutes from downtown, Slaughter Pen Trail, Crystal Bridges Museum, and the Amazeum, as well as multiple golf courses and dog parks. This home is perfect for a nice getaway as it is fully furnished and includes amenities such as outdoor bbq grill, hot tub, pool table, poker table, board games, arcade gaming console (pay to play), books, Wifi, and 8 tvs . Please note we have a ring door bell with a camera at the front door.
We want everyone to have a wonderful time, but are looking for guests that appreciate a well taken care of rental and are respectful of our property and its furnishings. If anyone in your group is looking for a rental to hold parties and neglect our home, then please look elsewhere.
We also have Noise Aware on the property to monitor the guest volume, so we do not have any problems with the City of Bentonville Ordinance for Noise. Quite time is from 10:00 pm – 7:00 am and needs to be adhered to during your visit so our property doesn’t get complaints from our neighbors and or the police.
Should we ask for a drivers license, credit or debit card please supply that information before check-in.

This was our second visit to the property and it was just as great as the first visit. Perfect location just off Slaughter Pen trails. Great garage for storing and working on bikes. Great amenities in the house. Host is great to work with as well.

Home was well clean, comfortable, and well appointed. It is deceptively big for how it looks on the outside. Close to the bike trails we were able to ride out of the neighborhood and onto Tristan's trail to access the Slaughter Pen Trail System. Close to a grocery stores and lots of the local bike shops.
Has a nice big bike rack in the garage and a repair stand. One thing I would change his having a floor pump or way other way of inflating bike tires for those flying into town that don't want to check a large pump.

Our 2 adult children & spouses with 4 grandchildren for a family adventure. More than enough space & privacy for everyone. We loved the deck for coffee & evening game time. The stairs were carpeted which was nice with little ones. Very near downtown Bentonville and walking trails. Neighborhood was quiet & little traffic.
