Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
PARKING
All reservations at Turquoise Place are automatically charged for two parking passes. You will receive your parking pass(es) and keys from the front counter in the Turquoise Place C or D Tower Office during check-in.
MONTHLY RENTALS

Check in was a breeze. We were even able to check in early. Condo was in pretty good shape. Kitchen was amply supplied. Condo decor was very nice. Spacious and clean. There were a few issues… Master bedroom mattress was a bit sinking in the middle. There was a hole in the tile of one of the guest room showers. As well as some leaking from the vent hood in the kitchen. Maintenance was called and came to check vent hood. Nothing was repaired as she was unsure what the cause was. Overall would recommend but some items do need attention.

Listing was accurate, view was spectacular. My favorite part was the private hot tub on the balcony. So nice to sit in peace to hear the waves below as the sun sets and outside temp dropped. Property was full of families like ours. Plenty of activities and pools on site for our kids to explore. We will certainly be open to staying here again in the future.

Upon entry to the unit, the decor and view were incredible. However, as we settled in, we started to find things in disarray. The ice maker was broken with mold inside the unit. The showers had a significant amount of mold - what we’d expect from a public shower. While the company came in quickly address these items, it went from “ok these things happen” to “this is unacceptable”. The vent hood couldn’t be shut off without cutting power, toilet paper holders were falling off the wall, several light bulbs out across the unit and the TV in the living room would not connect to the dish. All these things should’ve been handled by Liquid Life. But the icing on the cake? The primary bedroom bed had a huge lump in the bed which created immense back and neck pain throughout our stay. When I messaged Liquid Life about my dissatisfaction...I never heard back. As future owners, we would not trust liquid life to manage our property.
