About this house rental
This quaint little cottage is minutes to downtown, the beach and NAS. Join friends and family for a week away, or just a long weekend sitting on the back porch of our 1/4 acre property. If you are a fisherman or diver, there are several marinas and dive companies very close. In addition to our driveway, an overflow area to the left of the driveway offers room for a small boat or small RV to be parked. With Bayou Chico right across the street, access to the Bay and the Gulf are only a short drive by car or boat. Enjoy local fishing and diving spots or just cruise along the Emerald Coast beaches! Downtown Pensacola (only 8 minutes away) offers great restaurants and the nightlife is always happening at Seville Quarter! White, sandy Pensacola Beach and the large fishing pier is only a short 20 minute drive, or drive 5 more minutes in the other direction and spend the day at Perdido Key's beaches. Our fenced backyard is a perfect for hanging out and spending quality time with family and friends. In additional to all of the kitchen amenities we offer, we have a charcoal grill on the back porch for guest use. All of the bedrooms have new smart TVs in them, along with room darkening curtains. The living room has a new large TV with high-speed internet so you can stream your favorite programs or movies. We have a queen memory foam sofa sleeper in the living room with room darkening shades as well. For the guests' safety there are two outdoor monitored security cameras one located on the front porch and one located on the back porch.
