Welcome to our Sebastian Sunrise Cottage! Spacious one level home with open kitchen featuring a huge master suite and 2 additional bedrooms and bath plus an office/den. There is a separate driveway for your boat and a private deck in the backyard. We are walking distance to Sebastian's River District and many restaurants. Enjoy biking, kayaking, paddle boarding and nearby parks. Bask in the river breezes from your back deck. Community dock on the Indian River with direct shot to Sebastian Inlet and Atlantic Ocean. Wabasso Beach on the open Atlantic is a short drive. Or if you've brought your boat- take a cruise from the nearby boat launch and head on over to the Sebastian Inlet State Park and the beautiful beaches and snorkeling there! Come and experience a taste of "Old Florida" where the beauty of the area shines through!
Walt Disney World and other Orlando attractions are just 90 minutes away. Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach are just 50 min north.

Stayed at the place while here for my brother’s retirement party at Djon's Steak and Lobster House

The house was comfortable, clean and we were enjoying our stay.
Highly likely to rent this property if and when we come back to this area.

This home was ever better than expected. Cindy made it super easy to navigate the home, the owners book and notes around the house were written just like she was there telling you. The location was perfect. Close to many cute riverside restaurants and close to town. Our family really enjoyed our time there. We will definitely use the house again when we go to visit our Father who lives in Sebastian.

We enjoyed the home and it had all we needed so we could enjoy our stay. Close to the lagoon, we could see water from the deck, walking distance to restaurants. Great town. We enjoyed watching the Ospreys, dolphins in the lagoon and pelicans. Quiet neighborhood. Able to access the ocean too! Better than we expected!
