This charming and eclectic condo is located on the beautiful Amelia Island Plantation! You'll be only seconds away from relaxing on the beach or by the community outdoor pool! Enjoy your own private balcony overlooking lush canopy, a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials; TVs in the primary bedroom and living room only; and an on-site washer/dryer. The location is one of the greatest perks this condo has to offer; you and your loved ones will be only minutes to beautiful and historic downtown Fernandina Beach!
Things to Know
Please be aware that starting Monday, August 11th: There will be a project in the parking lot area that will involve construction noise and increased activity & is projected to last approximately 6 weeks.
There are about 10 - 12 steps leading to the front door, and no elevator access.
TV streaming is available with guests' subscriptions.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The unit was lovely and well-equipped. Just a short, beautiful walk to a spectacular beach. The problem was we were given no maps or info about the resort. This meant we didn't learn about all the resort has to offer until our last day.

The property was very clean but in need of some improvements. I can't remember the last time I stayed somewhere without bathroom fans. The dishwasher is in need of an upgrade as the buttons were coming apart on the outside. Loved the ice machine, though! The screen door in the twin bed room came off as soon as I tried to open it and the blinds kept falling off and we could not get the master bedroom door to the porch to lock which is another hazard with a small child. We did love having a reserved parking space right up front and convenient pool access. We saw tons of wildlife around the grounds which was fun and a nice break from city life.
The beach was a bit of a longer walk than expected which can be tricky with a little one and lugging beach gear.
