Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present a limited collection of Villas on St. Simons Island. The efficiency accommodations are a great alternative to a hotel room with much more space and a great location. Salt Air #310 is appointed with an efficiency style kitchen with two-burner cook top, sink and full size refrigerator. A stack washer and dryer is provided for your convenience.

Community amenities include a swimming pool, covered parking, and privacy gate.

This community is conveniently located to the St. Simons Village shops and restaurants. Additionally, Salt Air Villas are located less than 3/4 of a mile from the public beach access at the King & Prince.

The walls were very thin and you could hear everything including outside noise and even the tv and conversations in other units. The unit itself was clean but old. The walls were patched with paint that did not match, the bed sounded like it was gonna fall in when you moved. The unit also didn’t have any shampoo or dish/laundry soap. They requested we wash dishes before leaving but we didn’t have soap so we left them rinsed in the sink. Overall it was acceptable for a quick trip where we didn’t stay in the unit much but it wasn’t as nice as other VRBOs I’ve stayed at previously
