Welcome to our beautiful townhome, with 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath located in Cabo San Lucas! Rooftop terrace with a great view of the ocean near the Arch of Cabo, minutes away from the beach. 24 hour security and gated community with luxury amenities including community pool, club house and gym. It is walking distance from Costco, and 5 minute drive to Medano beach and Downtown.

Amir is an excellent host and quickly responsive to our questions. The pictures in the listing are nice but the condo is so much more in person. Living room: brand new, comfortable seating and TV. Kitchen: stocked with basic cookware, utensils, counter-top appliances, etc. A massive statement mirror decorates the dining area. Recessed lights on the staircase are a nice ambiance and safety feature. There is an abundant supply of drawers in the floor-to-ceiling closets in the bedrooms which also store linens, towels, beach towels. The condo is located away from the street, making nights completely noise free. Bathrooms are stocked with TP, shampoo, shower gel. TIP: bring your own hair dryer. There is a patio eating area off the main floor. The property grounds are meticulously manicured and flanked with vibrant azaleas. We were impressed that the sidewalk and entire complex driveway are swept daily. A balcony with plush outdoor seating is off the Master Bedroom overlooking the pool. We appreciated the weight machine and elliptical in the gym to keep up our daily routine. There are also treadmills available. The rooftop has an eating table and chairs AND a breathtaking panoramic view of the Sea of Cortez and the El Arco. Restaurants are walking distance. Costco is a 3 minute walk. The OXXO is like U.S. 7-Eleven stores. TIP: Bring your own bags. Single use plastic bags are banned in Mexico. It’s a great VRBO and made our first visit to Cabo all we hoped it would be.

Overall we were very happy with the accommodations as they were as advertised. The property itself was very loud due to the construction which is not a reflection on the host at all.

January 4-January 8 This is a lovely unit with great views and lots of potential. The 3-star review reflects the lack of attention to detail. And, the fact that you have no local support means that some issues are not addressed in a timely manner. 1. Towels: We should have received the missing towels and wash cloths within 24 hours. We never received any and It was very inconvenient, for instance, having to use a bath towel in the half bath (which by the way, smells very musty). The fact that some towels were taken by other guests was not our problem. In addition, the white bath towels upstairs should be replaced immediately. They have large yellow stains and were pretty unappealing. 2. Upstairs bedding: Sheets and cover didn’t really fit on the bed. Bottom sheet was ok but top sheet and coverlet were the wrong size. In addition, the mattress and the headboard size did not match. 3. Kitchen: All glassware and dishes need to be updated. Since you advertise for 6 guests, you do not have a sufficient number of glasses or types (mostly mismatched) and plates (2-4 each of different sizes). In addition, shelves are missing in the cupboards to hold additional pieces. Cleaning crew should remove the really ugly pail and cleaning rags from under the sink. Very unappealing and all the cleaning supplies under the sink could be a problem for small children. We had to buy a sponge as the rags and used scrubbers were questionable. 4. Kitchen plumbing: the kitchen sink is barely draining. We ran the garbage disposal several times which did not improve the water flow. Also, the disposal sounds like an airplane engine. 5. Water: Your handbook indicates that your unit is on city water and sewer but did not address the fact that we needed to buy filtered drinking water. This should be addressed in your unit description! You could supply a water dispenser or have a filter installed. There should be an alert sign. I didn’t know until I asked and had to go out and buy water. 6. Upper Deck: Photos of deck furniture were in your overview but there wasn’t any furniture available to enjoy the great view. We enjoyed our stay and it could have been better.
