About this apartment rental
You will love this beautifully-decorated and well-appointed condo on Spring Lake and a short car ride or bike ride to the famous Lake Michigan beaches of Grand Haven State Park. It's in a perfect location for both fun, food, and relaxation. The unit is located on the second floor of Lake Pointe Condominiums with an incredible view looking over the main body of Spring Lake and boats in the marina seen from the deck, living room, and dining room. The Spring Lake/Grand Haven bike path runs near the building and with four bikes available to you, this would make a very fun activity for you and your guests. There is an accessible elevator off the condo's main entrance to make loading and unloading easy. Lake Pointe Association includes Barrett's Marina seasonal pool, picnic, and pavilion amenities. Condo features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, two large closets with built-ins, and a private full bathroom with both a tub and a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, television and closet. There is also a second full bathroom and laundry room with a new washer and dryer. The main living area is an open floor plan and includes the kitchen, large island with granite counter tops all around and bar stools, large dining room table, a living room with a sofa bed, and a large screen TV with AppleTV remote. There are 2 beds which sleep 4 plus a sofa bed. Upon arrival you will receive a key fob allowing access to the indoor parking spot in the attached parking garage as well as access to the very secure building. In the condo there will be a welcome folder with a list of great local restaurants, attractions, and shopping in the area.

We really enjoy the Granhaven/Springlake area. Not only for it's great scenery and amenities, but also it's proximity to the rest of the area (Ludington, Holland, and Saugutuck). This condo was centrally located but also off the main strip so it's a great place. It's a great place to stay. We'll be back

Condo was very clean and nicely appointed with everything you need. Balcony had a great view of the water and marina and was very quiet. Convenient indoor parking. Would book again

The location was perfect...quiet yet close to everything you need. The condo is 2nd floor and overlooks the harbor. Watching the boats come and go in the early morning is always something we enjoy, as are the beautiful sunsets out on the lake. Take advantage of the new bbq place just down the street, Dr. Rolf's, easily walkable. You won't be disappointed!
