About this house rental

It's hard to beat summer in West Michigan! You'll love this grand old home in the heart of Spring Lake with ample room for your family and friends. Great location just a short walk away from playgrounds, restaurants, bars, parks, and just a short bike ride or drive away from fabulous Lake Michigan beaches. Bring your bikes and/or walking shoes to enjoy direct access from the house to the Lakeside bike and walking trail. The Dacha Spring Lake will be your home away from home this summer!

The house was beautiful! The kitchen had everything you needed. It was in the perfect location with it being close to restaurants and gas stations, the trail behind the house was a great tough! We had a 2 year old whom loved the toy/book room and the swing set in the backyard. We had 6 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room in the house.

Great for groups and families, the kids enjoyed the books and play kitchen. Nice backyard and close to walking trail. Listing was accurate and kitchen was very well stocked!

Good location and great house for a family or group. Having the playroom stocked with books and toys was great for our 11 month old. Kitchen is well appointed with gear, and was easy to get basics from the grocery store.
