About this campground/ rv resort rental
A quiet country setting not far from town. 4 miles from Main Street in Sparta. Enjoy the mountain views, the crowing roosters and baaaing sheep. We do welcome the roar of a motorcycle, there are some fantastic roads for riding..
We are on just over an acre on a quiet little street. There is a sheep farm across from us and beautiful mountain views. Heading into town, on your way to Main St, you can stop at Happy Trails Brewing Company and have a great craft beer. There is a wonderful restaurant just across from the courthouse called The Tavern Grill. Great homemade food and friendly atmosphere.
The Calfkiller River is across the street. You can enjoy kayaking, canoeing and fishing. The Green Gator Restaurant located at Sparta Country Club is 6.5 miles from us. There is a pool and golf course available at the club. The Calfkiller Brewing company is 2.6 miles from our camp and they're open Tuesday through Saturday 10AM-4PM. Burgess Falls is great for hiking and is 14.6 miles from our site. Cumberland Caverns is 36 miles from site and is great for spelunking. Rock Island State Park is 23 miles and is beautiful for hiking and site seeing.
Sligo Marina is on Center Hill Lake and has good food and beautiful views. Come and explore and find many more sites and adventures.

Very nice, camper that accommodated 2 adults plus our 2 dogs. The hosts were there to greet us & were wonderful. Camper was super clean & just the right size for us. The location is in the county along some beautiful country roads but it had had all the technology (e.g wi-fi, & tv) needed. Camper had air conditioning & plenty of hot water. Bed was very comfortable! The place is ideal for bicycle riders, motorcycles, kayaking, etc. The hosts were super.

We enjoyed the location, the rv was great especially the bed, the hosts were friendly and gracious. We would stay here again.
