Summary:
Modern, luxurious and prime location. All three in one just for you. Open plan, with top of line king size mattress for a great night sleep. Chic Boutique furniture and accessories that have been hand-picked especially for each unit’s needs. Including a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The natural light in the unit is astonishing to say the least. Kitchenette has a sink with a microwave and a mini fridge. Includes all dishware for up to four guests. An electric kettle is also included.
The Neighborhood:
We are on the corner of Fir St and Sixth St in San Diego. Right across Sixth St is Balboa Park, one of the top destination attractions San Diego has to offer. You will find amazing Museums surrounded by gorgeous gardens. Walking through Balboa Park you will also find a lot of local vendors and artists. You can do your morning run at the park and enjoy Sunny San Diego. Conveniently located on sixth avenue and a CVS a block away from outside of the building. You will be within walking distance from restaurants and coffee shops.

Seaport Village,
Little Italy,
Gaslamp Quarter,
and San Diego Convention Center are minutes away by car or a short Uber/Lyft ride.
Getting Around:
Having a vehicle is ideal anywhere in California but not necessary when staying at this apartment. You will find many things are at a walking distance or short Uber/Lyft ride. Electric Scooters available around the building and you can ride or walk to Downtown San Diego, Little Italy and Balboa Park Museums. The San Diego airport is 2.4 miles to our apartment, that is usually a couple minutes’ drive.

There was an issue with the parking garage spot but the manager stated in touch with us and we were resigned a different spot. The parking garage is tight and small I'm glad my husband was driving. The studio is a hotel room the mattress was old and very uncomfortable we both woke up with our backs hurting. It states studio is located on the first floor however you are going up stairs to get to the main floor then up 2 more flights to get to the studio it was not easy since I sprained my ankle 5 days prior and was wearing a brace. The water took a long time to get hot for the shower. The area was amazing if you don't mind the landing flight path for the international airport. We didn't mind it. The park/location is amazing so much to do. We got what we paid for. 4 stars for sure.

Quick communication. Clean. Air conditioner was very noisy. Easy to find. Ample paid street parking. Continently located to downtown. Comfortable bed.

This place was beautiful, clean, and comfy.
The check in and out was really easy, host was easily accessible. The location is great short distance to many places and restaurants
