We had a wonderful family vacation at the Shifting Sands just steps away from the Molly Cooper entrance to the beach. The property managers were responsive. The screened porch captured the ocean breezes. The beds were comfortable. The outdoor shower on the lower level was a bonus when returning from the beach with sandy grandchildren. We would gladly return to this cozy cottage.

I seriously loved this house so much that I want to buy it. The location is amazing; it felt like oceanfront. The interior had everything we needed for our family. I've been coming to Sandbridge for nearly thirty years. My regret is not finding this gem sooner. Well done!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

Liked the shorter drive from Pgh(past 32 yrs. had gone to Cape Hatteras)and no large dunes to cross. House was older and in need of updating(mattresses were terrible, rust in different spots in bathrooms due to no exhaust fans, no food storage at all). Too many decor items...$ should be spent on improvements lists above

Great location, steps away from beach access. Good space for family & dogs. Seems like an effort is being made to update the property but there’s a lot to be done. Overall clean, but bathrooms need updating.
