About this house rental
The property is located in the East Downtown area and is perfect for professionals, sports fans, medical visitors, students and families. The Medical Center, Toyota Center, Minute Maid Stadium, BBVA Stadium and all downtown locations are all minutes away. It is setup for work from home, and for hosting meetings. High speed internet (500 MBPS). 70 inch flat screen TV in the living room and 45 inch TVs in each bedroom, lots of street parking. The house has a security system that monitors 24/7 to ensure that you and your company are safe. There are 3 security cameras outside of the house and 1 inside the house that covers the entryway. These Cameras are not being monitored. They are there simply for the security of the guests and the house.

Overall we were pleased with our stay. It met our needs as a party of 7 (6 adults, one toddler) needing a place in close proximity to GRB. If you're looking for a spotless/pristine rental that is well-stocked, this isn’t the place for you. By no means was it dirty-dirty, but there was definitely room for improvement on the cleanliness (hair in the freezer, marks on the walls, dust on the baseboards, etc). The kitchen had no dish towels or hand towels, only one roll of paper towels and barely enough dishes for 6 guests without having to constantly do the dishes. There were no extra pillows or lines should we have chosen to use the couch bed or rollout couch and we couldn't find any extra towels. Minimal toiletpaper was provided for 6 adults for a 4-day stay. Like I said, it was a nice place overall with a good location for us. We'd stay here again, but I want my review to be accurate of the amenities provided. We are low-maintainence folks, but a few extras go a long way, especially for an extended stay.

Set up was nice but there were not enough dishes, no sheets for the roll away bed, no blankets and not enough towels. There was a misunderstanding of how many guests because of the 2 profiles under the reservation. The owner thought it was only 1 guest but I paid for 7.
