Beautiful Vanderbilt Lakes Gated Community Home! This home is perfect for those looking for a large 3 bedroom, executive-style property! There are three bedrooms and two full baths. Master Suite has king sized bed and other bedrooms have queen sized bed for your comfort. This home has a heated pool and is located less than 2 miles to the beach! Experience this tastefully, modern feel as the entire home was recently remodeled. A wonderful home with space for entertaining so come and enjoy our beautiful Florida winters. Vanderbilt Lakes is conveniently located between Coconut Point and the Mercato Shopping District. SW Florida International airport is 30 minutes away. You can easily get to Vanderbilt Beach, Delnor-Wiggins State Park and Barefoot Beach from this home. If you enjoy the beach, hop on your bike and take a short ride down to the water. There is a two car garage but owner keeps one vehicle there in storage during rental season. Enjoy our beautiful sunsets while relaxing outdoors! Drive down to the beach and don't forget to stop at Royal Scoop on your way home for an ice cream cone. We had the BEST stay at Vanderbilt Lakes! Home was beautiful and spotless! Fully stocked with necessities and conveniences, including an abundance of new bath/pool towels! Pool was warm for grandbaby, and had fun floaties! Perfect trails nearby for keeping active walking/biking/running. Close to beach and friendly, quiet neighborhood! Highly recommended and would love to return!

We had a wonderful visit. The property was brand new and squeaky clean with new appliances. It comfortably accommodated us and our guests. Loved the pool. Neighborhood was super friendly too.
