About this house rental
"Catch A Wave" and you're sitting on top of the world! Surf's Up!! This charming 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath oceanfront beach retreat is perched on the ocean's edge, and ready to welcome you to the pristine sandy shores of beautiful Holden Beach! With its own private beach walkway, you will be riding the waves in just a matter of minutes!
On the 1st level, you will love the large open-concept living area, complete with comfortable furnishings, updated flooring and modern lighting throughout. The cook in your life will appreciate the well appointed kitchen with updated cabinets, counter tops and newer appliances, including a built-in oven, island cook-top, and bar seating for 4. Not to mention the spectacular views of the glistening Atlantic Ocean! Also on this 1st level, you will appreciate the convenience of an oceanfront bedroom (west side), complete with a King size bed and a full private bath with a double vanity and shower/tub combo. You will also discover the laundry room located on this level.
On the 2nd level, your family will appreciate the convenience of an additional sitting room, complete with a TV, balcony access, and comfortable seating for 5. Bedroom #2 is complete with a King size bed, streetside view and a full private bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom #3 is oceanfront (east side), complete with a King size bed and a full private bath with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom #4 is perfect for the children with 2 Twin beds and a twin/full bunk bed, streetside view, and a full private bath with a walk-in shower.
After you "Catch A Wave" and head back to the house, rinse off the lingering sand with the rinse shower located on your private beach walkway, or enjoy a full shower in the enclosed outdoor shower, complete with hot & cold water. Relax on one of the 2 covered oceanfront decks while watching the tide roll in, and listening to the sounds of the surf break on the beach. From the front of the house, you will have never-ending views of the beautiful coastal marshlands, where you might even catch a glimpse of some coastal wildlife, native to the area! We had a blast staying at Catch a Wave! Everything was very clean and communication was perfect. Our first trip to HB and we will be back!! Two families stayed very comfortably in this house. Loved the beach access!!

Overall, happy with the house! Excellent location, ocean front, convenient. No screens was a disappointment as we always like sleeping with the windows open, to hear the ocean sounds. First floor MBR could use a fresh coat of paint. Water stains on the ceiling in MBR bathroom. Would stay there again.
